Welcome to Ghar Pasand (GP). By accessing or using our website, services, or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payments

  • All meals are offered on a pre-order basis to ensure freshness and minimize food waste.
  • Orders must be placed by the specified cut-off times listed on our website/app.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

2. Delivery

  • Deliveries are scheduled twice weekly (Monday & Thursday) between 11 AM and 7 PM.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.
  • GP is not liable for meals left unattended after delivery.

3. Food Storage & Consumption

  • Meals are cooked fresh, cooled to room temperature, and delivered ready to refrigerate.
  • Customers are responsible for proper storage (refrigeration) and reheating of meals.
  • GP is not responsible for any foodborne illness resulting from improper storage, reheating, or consumption beyond recommended timelines (generally within 2–3 days).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the cut-off time for a full refund.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be provided once the cooking process has begun.
  • Refunds for delivery failures will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

  • While we strive to provide accurate ingredient information, our meals are prepared in kitchens that may handle common allergens (including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.).
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient details before placing an order.
  • GP is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues.

6. Use of Website & Content

  • All content on the GP website (including text, images, and branding) is owned by Ghar Pasand and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
  • Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt to hack, or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • GP's responsibility is limited to delivering fresh meals as described.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

GP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective once published on our website.
