Refund Policy

At Ghar Pasand (GP), every meal is prepared fresh on a pre-order basis. Because of this, we follow a strict refund policy:

No Refunds After 8 PM

Once the daily order cut-off time of 8 PM has passed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

Partial Refunds (50%)

If an order is canceled within 12 hours before the 8 PM cut-off, you will receive a 50% refund.

Full Refunds

If an order is canceled more than 12 hours before the 8 PM cut-off, you will receive a 100% refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Late cancellations
  • Failure to collect deliveries
  • Improper storage/handling of meals after delivery

Important Reminder

Our fresh meal preparation process begins well before delivery day. Please plan your orders carefully and cancel early if needed to avoid charges.
